shenanigans

18th - 21st of December, 2010.
An adventure began.
Well, not quite...
In the end, the rents did ship me off over to the mainland,
and to me, the mainland is restricted to Greater London.
(Never really been to the countryside or any other cities.)
It was time to hit the high-street including Kings Road, Oxford Circus, Picadilly, Carnaby Street and other lanes surrounding.
The highstreet was non-the-less the only places I was whisked off to by my sisters.
We were able to settle away from the frantic hussle and bussle of christmas shoppers and just, really...enjoy it and take in everything around us? Strolling along rather than migrating from shop to shop, then coming home looking like the corpse's bride.
It was sort of...soothing?
(bearing in mind a Starbucks was always in one hand and an EAT wrap in the other.)
The only place that I regret going to was Oxford Circus.
We knew it was going to be busy and jam-packed but we still took a chance.
Here's the not-so-clever part, you see...we had a plan.
Leave the house by 10 and we'll get there by 11 (avoiding the rush-hour on the trains and multiple tubes) and get there just before lunch break.
Tourists.
That was forgotten...
Anyways, enough from me, I  bought some bits and bobs pour moi and got some time to Christmas shop for others.
What more can I say?
Happy Holidays Everyone!

Peace out.
(real hipster here)

I could die for All Saints.
And that's saying something.
